As Amazon Explore began to gain ROI and lots of customer love, the service shifted under the Amazon Consumables organization with the likes of other live-streaming services such as Prime Video, Amazon Live, and Twitch. With this big move, leadership decided it was time for a brand refresh in order to evolve and compete with the other entertainment services.
As Creative Director, I led creative strategy efforts for the brand evolution that included, new brand traits, tone and voice, updated visual elements, and photography direction. In addition, based on customer data, I helped create a new education content strategy to help organize and communicate how we educate our customers.
